The first concrete step to enter the world of crowdfunding is to proceed with registration on the portal. From our site you can create your account for free through a quick registration identifying yourself as a natural person or legal person. A few seconds later you will receive a welcome email in your mailbox, from which you can activate your account and access our portal as a user.

On November 10, 2023, EU Regulation 2020/1503 came into force in Italy, and it requires, for the purpose of greater protection for investors, a new profile validation process in order to be authorized to invest.
Initially, you will be asked for data regarding your citizenship and residence. Furthermore, through the “ shuftipro ” service, your identity document will be validated and the 2-factor mode will be activated. It is necessary for your security in investment operations.
You will then have to fill out the Anti-Money Laundering Questionnaire, declare the type of investor (sophisticated or non-sophisticated), fill out the appropriateness questionnaire and carry out a simulation on the ability to sustain losses. The entire process will not take more than 10 minutes.

Once your profile is validated, you can view all the documents of each bidder and start investing in the projects on the platform in just a few simple clicks. Choose the offer you prefer and select the amount you want to invest. Read and accept the membership order and the financing contract (only for Lending offers), then pay through the innovative FlowPay payment system .
You will no longer have to load any wallet or make transfers from your current account, the FlowPay system is fast and secure.
In your email and on your dashboard within the portal you will find the summary of your investment, along with the generated documentation.
